I founded Project BlueArc because I kept seeing the same problem: SMBs paying for enterprise-grade technology but getting none of the value from it.

Most small and medium-sized businesses have Microsoft 365. Few of them are using it properly. They have Teams without governance, SharePoint without structure, Copilot licences without a deployment plan, and no one internally with the time or depth to build a proper roadmap.

That's the gap BlueArc fills. We bring enterprise-level M365 expertise to businesses that can't justify a full-time IT Director — and we build solutions that are governed, repeatable, and built to scale from day one.

Before founding BlueArc, I spent eight years as a Principal Engineer for Modern Workplace at a £2 Billion retail company, specialising in Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and device management using Intune. Before that, I was Technical Director at an MSP supporting 70 SMB clients across multiple verticals — planning and delivering M365 migrations, governance frameworks, and security programmes.

I'm Microsoft 365 Expert certified, based in Market Harborough, and I work with businesses across the East Midlands and beyond.
